Cancellation and Refund

At Genix.ai, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with high-quality medical kits and genetic products. If you’ve made a purchase and need to cancel or request a refund, we are here to assist you. Please review our policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations as orders could have already been processed or shipped.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@genix.ai with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Cancellations will be processed as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process (see below).

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (medical kits and genetic testing items), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons.
  • Refund Window: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@genix.ai with your order number and reason for the refund. Please include clear photos of the item if applicable.
  • Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened Medical Kits: Once a medical kit has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personalized Genetic Products: Any personalized or custom genetic products (e.g., DNA analysis kits) are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
  • Digital Products: If you’ve purchased digital products, such as genetic reports or analysis tools, these are also non-refundable once delivered.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, including:
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photos of the damaged or defective item.

5. How to Return Items

  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
